I like how easy it was to use as well as customize our system for each department we have. The customer support team could be better with more training however they were fantastic! They really helped us understand what features worked best within their application and assisted with setting up additional modules that would fit most departments needs/requirements. We had many issues getting everything set correctly but the customer service reps at bizaX made sure every step along the way was taken care of. This allowed employees to get back into work quickly without having any problems or concerns about being able to access information when needed. It's also great that you can choose your own branding which allows flexibility if you need to change things down the road.
