I like how easy it was to use as well as customize our system for each department we have. The customer support team could be better with more training however they were fantastic! They really helped us understand what features worked best within their application and assisted with setting up additional modules that would fit most departments needs/requirements. The best thing about this application was that it allowed me access anywhere at any time which helped immensely when I had my hands full with other projects or responsibilities; however there were times where the app would crash so be prepared for some downtime as well! The best part about this system is that you can access the system from anywhere as it has an app which can be accessed on any device. You don't have to rely on your internet connection for accessing the system. You can continue working while traveling or at work.
