The best thing about this software was its ease of use for employees to access important information regarding benefits eligibility or payroll processing timeframes, etc. It also helped with tracking performance issues which are beneficial in terms of employee morale as well. It’s easy to use even if you have minimal experience in using software like this one. The customer support team has been helpful with any questions or issues I've had since we implemented it and they are always willing to help out. Some of our employees who used other programs were hesitant at first but once they realized how simple it was for them to navigate through all of the modules they started loving it! Nothing really so far as far as dislikes go. We needed something more cost effective

I like how easy it was to use for our staff who are not tech savvy at all! Their customer service has been great as well with any questions or issues we have had they were very quick in responding which helped us get back up running fast after having some major problems earlier this year (website down etc). I love how easy it was to use this software for our organization! The customer service support team has been amazing as well - they are always willing to help when you need them most!!
