I like how easy it was to use for our staff who are not tech savvy at all! Their customer service has been great as well with any questions or issues we have had they were very quick in responding which helped us get back up running fast after having some major problems earlier this year (website down etc). The only thing i dislike about APERIO now because of what happened last month but there's nothing really you can do other than wait until next time when updates come out so hopefully things will be better then :) As far as functionality goes its pretty good if your looking into something where people don't know much abotu computers/tech stuff otherwise maybe try another one? Definitely worth giving them chance though cause everyone deserves access regardless whether he knows anything computer wise haha.
