This is a great solid product. Customer service is on it, btw, so if you have any issues they will fix it for you, I imagine because ebay can't fix the products if something wrong happened. This product is amazing. My plumber said it is built like a much more expensive one. It functions well and I am extremely happy with it.This company has the best customer service. This was way less expensive than anything I could find at Home Depot and looks really nice. Customer service was excellent. Got an email after registering with the warranty an could get a free strainer or other small option. The question is how long it will last, but for now very happy with the purchase.

Overall this faucet is a great buy. At about a $60 price point and ease of installation and it looks really nice. I installed it in a rental property so I don’t really know how it’s going to hold up, but I’m sold and I like the way it was packaged.

Easy Install, and I found the pressure to be much better than my prior one (I know that's largely based on the individual home, and maybe my old one had a mineral accumulation, shrug) but I'm extremely pleased. The hot and cold lines are color coated.Also, of the sinks I've installed and removed, this is by far the easiest configuration- it's a hand size plastic tube that you rotate to tighten the sink to it's spot. Bought this faucet a couple years ago and the faucet head ended up breaking on the inside to where it wouldn’t switch between the two types of water flow. Contacted customer service and they sent a new faucet head out right away. They were a pleasure to work with and took care of the issue right away. Highly recommend this company.

Product quality seems great, just got it installed and everything works perfectly. Looks extremely nice and operation is Flawless currently. Head stays in place very well when you pull it out to watch out the sink and it retracts back in perfectly. Very satisfied.

We love this faucet! It's well made and looks great. It was super easy to install. I bought a similar kohler faucet for my upstairs kitchen for more than 4x the price and I wish I would have found this one first. It looks fantastic but more importantly its solidly made.

Delivery was great, installation was simple. Looks great and quality looks fabulous. Glad there is a warranty cause now we are eager to see how it operates and for how long. We’re very hopeful though because the quality seems quite nice.

I love this faucet. I can't really rate if it was easy to install or not because a handyman did it for me. In terms of use, it's fantastic. The faucet head stays in place with the weight and the different spray functions work exactly as expected.
