This is a great solid product. Customer service is on it, btw, so if you have any issues they will fix it for you, I imagine because ebay can't fix the products if something wrong happened. They just handle returns. I actually bought this bc the customer service I heard about from other reviews were so positive and I'm happy to say I am among them. It was such an easy install. The directions were also so clear and very easy on the brain. If you plan to use this tap with aggressive materials or with knives flying, I'd rethink that as the product will scratch. You are not to use harsh chemicals to clean this faucet either. Keep that in mind before buying. Anything with a matte finish will be like that.Overall, it's really transformed my sink, in ways I never thought possible.l
