This is definitely a budget monitor. The picture quality is good and I like the big screen. However, it's pretty clear that the quality doesn't live up to the premium brand. When assembling the stand to the monitor, I had a few questions. First, the hex screws that attach the stand to the back of the monitor are very difficult to reach. Even with the right tool, they are difficult to screw and tighten properly. Second, the screw that attaches the stand to the base is a Phillips head screw. The screw wasn't machined properly and didn't have the cutouts that a Phillips screwdriver should fit into. It was just a rounded screw head silhouetted where the grooves should have been. I had to hand tighten the screw which loosened the base a bit. Not bad, but not great either.
