I initially liked this product. Easy to install and somewhat modern looking. However, after a couple of months the faceplate came unglued from the front and warped. As a result of the warping, have had troubles with entering passwords. Additionally, the fingerprint reader is not that sensitive and often had to resort to keypad or key.
