This is a high quality water compression shirt. The material is a bit thicker than others I've seen but not too hot. The fit is tight and goes to the waist. I read the reviews about the sizes and decided on one of the large ones. I had to get off at two. Even with the sporty V-shape for a man, I didn't like that it was so tight around my middle age. If you're on your way to a solid six-pack, then you might like this. I'm close, but no longer there. I then ordered an XXL, but it didn't arrive in time for my trip to the lake. I would recommend it with a note on sizes.
