In a nutshell - these straps are cheaper than name brand products and work great. I've waited until I've used the first strap a few times before responding, but so far it's working well. (It comes in two packages and the other looks identical so I assume it will work the same way). The strap does not slip, easy to assemble, true to size of the original but does not stretch. My original didn't break, just stretched to keep the brush from spinning on the carpet. I've tried this on both smooth floors and deep carpet and recommend it.
