The creative team at BIF understands their clients' needs, and are able to translate those into practical solutions that deliver results quickly & efficiently while keeping costs down. They're also very honest about what they can do - which often isn't much more than you'd expect from any other service provider in this price range. We've been working together since 2015, so we have good experience under our belts! It would be great if there were occasional opportunities within the scope of larger contracts where it was possible to work towards an ongoing relationship rather than just project-based engagements (i.e., as opposed to having separate contracts). This has not yet happened but I'm optimistic that will change over time.
