Review on 🌬️ AC Infinity CLOUDPLATE T1-N: Rack Mount Fan Panel 1U for Optimal Intake Airflow – Ideal for Cooling AV, Home Theater, and Network 19” Racks by John Barnett

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good workmanship, small fans, big noise.

I installed a couple of these in the control room of my recording studio and unfortunately I can't turn them higher than 2 or 3 because they are too loud. They're mounted in a rack on the console right behind me, and I can't keep them humming in my ear. It's difficult to get a lot of air moving with these small fans without fan noise. If they were in an isolated equipment room where I wouldn't care, I would turn them on and they would be fine. They help a little at low speeds, but I think I'd do better with the larger two-rack versions with bigger fans. Build quality is good, front panel controls are comfortable, and they keep my gear a little cool. So overall I gave it 4 out of 5 points. I wish they were quieter at full speed, but these fans are so small that you can't expect much from a fan of this size. The engines are quiet, but they really cut the air.
