This is a glorified paper towel, but I admit I love using it to wipe down surfaces after I'm done washing baby bottles (I get everywhere soapy water) I even put washed baby bottles on it to keep the counter from getting wet while I prep the sterilizer. To be honest I really like the product and there is no mold or mildew after leaving it wet for a day. I haven't bought paper towels since I got this one
