When the rod is fully threaded into the clamp on the base, the holes in the rod should be facing front to back. They were at a 45 degree angle Angle to the right, which means the monitor can only be installed 45 degrees to the right, it's supposed to be able to rotate 50 degrees, so theoretically you can still stand it up and rotate it forward, but then it rotates just go to the right.The package contains the seller number,email address etc for customer service and expected response time.I didn't get a reply deadline.There were no hex keys in the package.The problem with the product may be strange because I used another Vivo product that worked perfectly, but I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service.
