I use it to mount a LG 49WL95C-W monitor. It's huge and weighs a ton. The screws for the VESA mount on the monitor were the ones that came with supplied with the stand were screwed incorrectly End monitors and TVs are shipped from countries that use metric screws.

Another reviewer mentioned that their tube holes didn't face forward when the tube was screwed all the way into the mount. then use two small screws to fix this position. I also didn't need spacers for my LG CX 48". I just needed 2 metal washers for each top mounting hole (the bottom ones didn't need them). No spacers or trimming or screws required I splice a star because my first order had a mount, which was welded crooked and they were too cheap to weld around the base.

I've searched everywhere for a monitor mount to fit my 40" monitor with 200mm VESA mounts. It was the only one I could find. This TV/monitor mount has a BIG manufacturing defect. Long story short, you need to remove the part that pivots left to right/attached to the mounting bar and turn it upside down (as shown). The alignment of the mounting holes is wrong when delivered. Luckily I had a spare hex wrench on hand, but be prepared to have a wrench that's slightly larger than the wrenches that came with it.
