Review on OuterStar Traction 10 Stud Crampons Footwear by Chris Horton

My body was tired of falling on the ice and was afraid of breaking a bone, so I had to give something. I took them because of the good reviews and good price. They were ok the first time. Here in Colorado you're constantly going from ice to snow, onto sidewalk/road, back onto ice, etc. They felt good on ice, but very uncomfortable for a few steps on a non-ice surface. They fit my Timberlands pretty well, but they twisted while wearing them, so I had to keep adjusting them. When I got home after the first short walk, I found that 5 spikes had fallen off along the way. They come with interchangeable cleats, but in this case they only last for a few walks. I would recommend trying a different solution/brand.
