Review on Penguin App by Shawn Sims

I like how easy it was to use, as well as customize our own menus with different food options we wanted in store! The app has been very helpful when trying to figure out what menu items are popular at each location or what specials might have sold best recently. It's also nice because you can see exactly where people order from online vs through the drive thru window (which helps us track traffic flow). Sometimes there will pop up an error message but usually just requires restarting of device/browser which isn't too much hassle if its something simple. We've used this software for about 2 years now so far no issues. As mentioned above, using it allows me to easily keep track of sales trends at all locations.
