Easy to use, customizable and easy to read data

I like how easy it was to use, as well as customize our own menus with different food options we wanted in store! The app has been very helpful when trying to figure out what menu items are popular at each location or what specials might have sold best recently. It's also nice because you can see exactly where people order from online vs through the drive thru window (which helps us track traffic flow). Sometimes there will pop up an error message but usually just requires restarting of…

  • Easy way t o view orders via my dashboard & individual restaurant dashboards without having access directly into their system.
  • Ability tot make quick edits within interface
  • Can add new drivers quickly while viewing reports
  • Very reliable product that runs smoothly almost every day even though volume is high during peak times
