The unit lasted a year after which I found that it was not fully charging my batteries. Terrible customer support. Then I told them I smelled something electrical. All they wanted were photos and videos. It was late June. Block died completely in mid-July! and they wanted more pictures and that I open the device (which voids the warranty) and tell them what I see. The cap was melted and the wire blackened and they still haven't honored their 2 year warranty. PowMr is an unscrupulous seller. DO NOT do business with them. Period. Also, Epever would not do what is honorable and honor their guarantees. I lost over $300 in groceries, seven chickens died from overheating during a heat wave and damaged over $3,000 worth of batteries. They cannot be sold on Revain. They offered me a 50% loan for another unit. I pay $80 to ship it to China, then they look and decide if they fix it or ship a new one. meanwhile I have no electricity. Then I pay for the return shipping. (6 weeks later) My animals and I have all suffered. At 65, that's not acceptable. They knew my situation and they didn't care. Thanks to Revain, they gave me a full refund the first week of August. I will remain a Revain customer for a long time. Thanks Revane for the honor and saving the day!
