I love being able to see my appointments in one place! It makes it so easy for me to keep track of everything throughout the week. The ability to send out reminders has also been great. Sometimes when I get an appointment reminder through email or text message, sometimes I don't receive it until after the doctor's office closes which means I have to go back during business hours just to find out what time we're supposed to be there. If you are looking into this product make sure you do your research because some doctors might not want their offices to communicate directly with patients via phone calls or texts. This allows us as physicians to focus more on our patients' needs without having to spend all day communicating with them. We use ionlife to schedule patient visits at different times throughout the year.
