For those who don't like barefoot shoes

I needed a new pair of water shoes for the gym (sauna/steam room/hot tub) and local spa as my old ones were worn out. I have flat feet with neuropathy and virtually no love handles on my buttocks so I can't stand or walk for long periods of time and I need something with soul that's like regular shoes to walk in water. I tried on the "barefoot" slippers first because that was all I could find in the big stores, but the showers just felt too flimsy and uncomfortable for me. First I looked at these Ryka water shoes. because of the price, but after reading some of the reviews on the Revain I decided to take a chance and buy a pair. I usually wear size 8 1/2 shoes with orthotics, but I chose size 8 in water shoes and they fit perfectly. The showers are nice and thick but still flexible despite being smooth and not very tex (no protrusions on the bottom) which isn't a problem for me but if you want and/or need more grip in your water shoes, works this may not. The upper part of the shoe is made of a pleasantly light, breathable material that dries relatively quickly and does not absorb odours. The laces feel nice and strong and I've tightened them with no problems even though they're a bit longer even when I use a lace clip to 'tie', so I solve this problem by making a loop with an extra clip Weg can be removed completely if you want to use the laces normally, which is nice. This is a great pair of water shoes, sure they are expensive for what they are but if like me you have foot problems or just want something supportive with a thicker soul they are definitely worth the price.
