I have a wood stove and a very dry house. I had two smaller humidifiers and a water bowl on the stovetop and they never got the job done. At best, they could get it to 20% to 29%. Ever since I bought this monster humidifier my house has stayed 40% to 50% by itself where I installed it. Visitors say it's easier to breathe in my house now. I have noticed that it is more comfortable and my dry skin has almost disappeared. My friend has noticed that she has to put less lotion on her skin since we started using it. It is excellent. And we wake up with no dry sinuses. At peak performance I usually have to top it up twice a day, every 12 hours or so. The only thing I find a bit difficult is filling it in, it's a bit of a hassle but it's worth it. Very easy to clean and maintain. Very quiet, just a light hmm fan. Outstanding product. Many Thanks.
