This monitor *kiss the chef*. Bought EW2480. I am thrilled and absolutely in love. Size, clarity, image quality - everything is just the icing on the cake. Speakers are great! As for HDR, I can't decide if it's a gimmick or HDR. Yes, it improves picture quality, but is it the same as presetting picture settings? Unrivaled casual games are great for this, so don't worry or be intimidated. This monitor is very well built at $180 (tax included) and when I think about it, I almost bought a 10 year old Asus monitor for the same price and not even a quality finish. I also almost bought a GW2480 to save money but I'm so glad I didn't. This monitor is a dream.
