I have been using this body pillow for a long time and I really like it. I bought a pillow to replace an old one that was starting to turn yellow and flat. When it arrived I opened the box, the pillow was in a thick ziplock plastic bag partially opened. At first I was worried but the pillow was intact. When you first take it out of the plastic bag and release the tape while holding it folded, it will be very flat. When you open the vacuum bag, it inflates even more. There are several ways in the guide to beat it even better. I chose to handcraft because I don't have any clean tennis balls to throw in the dryer. After fluffing it up, it got so big I was worried it wouldn't fit in my pillowcase, which is funny because at first I was worried it would be too small for my pillowcase. Luckily I was able to slip it into a pillowcase pretty easily, especially considering how big this pillow has gotten. Even after sleeping on this pillow for a long time, it stays fluffy and fluffs up very easily. It's very springy and thick, it flexes when you lay your head on it but still provides support. It's not too hot for me either, but I catch cold easily, so I can't judge that well. All in all I would probably buy more.
