Review on Gigabyte A520I AC: Advanced Mini-ITX Motherboard for Gaming with AMD Ryzen AM4, Direct 6 Phases Digital PWM, and Enhanced Connectivity by Christina Jones

I've built 4 systems with it so far. (3) with Ryzen 3600 and my own with Ryzen 5600x. The packaging clearly states that 3000g series APUs are not supported, so keep that in mind. Built-in WiFi and Bluetooth work great. It features a magnetic base antenna so it can be securely attached to your PC case. The layout of the board is subtle and simple. It features 1x 5V 3-pin ARGB connector and 1x 12V 4-pin RGB connector. If you need more, get a splitter. It also has 2 system fan headers which will fit most ITX builds but again if you need more then buy some fan headers. It has an NVME m.2 slot but I wish it had another to have a clean little construction with no SATA data cables or power cables. XMP or (Profile 1) worked right out of the box with no issues. 3 builds running 24/7 for 3 months and have no problems. You have the option to upgrade to the Ryzen 5000 series for years to come, which is great. My last personal build was fine except for one issue. For some reason, a clean install of Windows 10 didn't turn my computer off completely on shutdown. The monitor would turn off the display, but all fans/lights would still be on. I waited about an hour thinking maybe it was the completion of a windows update but the problem persisted. I have to hold down the power button to turn off the computer completely. I've tried many fixes recommended on the web, but they all didn't work. I wasn't sure if it was a hardware issue or a Windows 10 issue due to a recent update. As a last resort, I flashed the latest BIOS and the problem was finally resolved. The board was delivered with the BIOS version F10 from 09/20/20. Updated to the latest version of F14c on 09/06/21. My other 3 builds don't have this problem, only my last one. However, updating the BIOS in Windows is very easy with the Gigabyte @BIOS app that fixes the problem. This is a great board if you're going for the Ryzen 5000 series, or if you have a Ryzen 3000 series that currently supports you and plan to upgrade later.
