Review on Itnow by Mark Bennett

The staff is very friendly & helpful! They are always available when you need them-even at odd hours if needed. I have been using this service since my husband started working there about 15yrs ago until now (about 7 yrs). During that time it's never had an issue or downtime even during holidays etc., but maybe due to growth in services/bandwidth usage? But overall great support from all members who work here!! Great communication between employees too as well which makes your job easier especially being remote workers like myself.- not much other than just how efficient everything runs smoothly within the system itself without any issues. i.t.NOW is a great company to work with. They are very responsive and do a great job. They are very knowledgeable and are always willing to help in any way they can. I have not found anything I do not like about them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a managed IT service. I have used them for a number of years now and have had great success with them. I have no complaints.
