In November 2022, a chair came to me, during the assembly process it turned out that two parts were of poor quality, which made it impossible to assemble the chair to the end. I contacted support to resolve the issue, they told me that all the information was transferred. After some time, they wrote to me on behalf of the manufacturer, they promised to send the necessary parts. After a couple of months of communication with those in charge, I was offered to buy the parts myself. If you have difficulties, then you can expect: failure to keep promises, delaying deadlines, shifting responsibility and disinterest in resolving the issue. I could buy everything I need myself, but paying 17k for a customer to run around the shops looking for parts is disrespectful to the client. As of March 2023, the issue remains unresolved.
