The worst product for your money, I do not recommend it to anyone.

Prior to that, I used several types of creatine hydrochloride (both in capsules and in powder) for more than 10 years. To taste, this substance is very similar to ascorbic acid (this is not indicated in the composition), which is absolutely not in line with the norm. 30 minutes after drinking 1/2 teaspoon, you run to the pot. I do not recommend.
