They fit, well almost.
I replaced the backing plates on a 2009 Ford Ranger because 2 axles were bent in an accident. They seemed to fit with no issues until I got on the truck for the first time. When cornering, the new drums touched part of the bedplate just in front of and behind the anchor pin. I sanded some metal in those spots and everything was fine from there. Otherwise they would have gotten five stars.
