Review on People First by Jared Tovar

I like that it is easy to use, has many different features for training as well as tracking your employees performance through quizzes etc., you can also create custom surveys which are really helpful when trying to figure out what improvements need made in order make sure all of our agents have met their goals/goals set by management! There isn't much i dislike about this software other than maybe some minor glitches here or there but nothing major enough where we would think twice before using again next time around so not too big an issue at least from my point-of view anyways!! It's very user friendly if used properly with little knowledge required; they do offer free classes however sometimes these aren’t always available depending upon location & availability (check first).

This allows us access right away without having any problems getting started once everything goes live within only 2 days after purchasing system.
