Bulbs are bright. So much so that they get stuck in high beam mode for my car. The instructions state that you should contact TECHMAX for additional wiring harnesses as this is a known issue. The problem is that TECHMAX doesn't have a website, they don't publish their email address or phone number, and neither does Revain have an email address or phone number for them. I just threw 20 bucks down the drain.
