It offers flexibility in terms of both development as well implementation, which are quite important when you have such an expensive tool! Nothing specific comes into mind at this point but I must mention how flexible it can be so far-reaching from requirements gathering all way through implementing new features/products or making any changes within your system itself (both front end & back). The lack of support by some companies like IBM during our initial deployments was disappointing - they should've been more proactive about engaging with us earlier before we started working internally without them there. If required then do make sure someone has experience who's done similar work previously using other tools / platforms because if not things might turn out messy.
