Flexibility to meet various business needs

It offers flexibility in terms of both development as well implementation, which are quite important when you have such an expensive tool! Nothing specific comes into mind at this point but I must mention how flexible it can be so far-reaching from requirements gathering all way through implementing new features/products or making any changes within your system itself (both front end & back). The lack of support by some companies like IBM during our initial deployments was disappointing - they…

The best part of this dashboard is that it provides you with all the information at one place about your current leads, clients, customers, prospects, etc. This saves huge time and effort for any organization in getting required customer related information as soon as possible. Sometimes when I try to find specific information it takes more than 15-20 mins of scrolling, clicking, selecting options, refreshing, trying new tabs. All this while we want to see right there what the lead looks like -

  • Its quick processing capacity helps me keep track my records & activities easily.It also gives us detailed reports along side visualizations too !!!!!!Its user interface makes easy navigation; charts.
