The best tool for lead-and- customer related analytics - all in one tool.

The best part of this dashboard is that it provides you with all the information at one place about your current leads, clients, customers, prospects, etc. This saves huge time and effort for any organization in getting required customer related information as soon as possible. Sometimes when I try to find specific information it takes more than 15-20 mins of scrolling, clicking, selecting options, refreshing, trying new tabs. All this while we want to see right there what the lead looks like - who they are or who called them - whether it's live chat or some other lead activity. It shows all that but what it doesn't provide is any way to sort them by date so that we can view them in chronological order. Also, some of the leads get deleted from the site and that would make it difficult to go back-and- The ability of this tool to help solve multiple problems in one go, which otherwise would have been difficult without it! I can't think of anything bad about this product at all. It's very simple yet powerful as well. If you are looking out for an integrated solution then definitely try eudaatacommerce. We used it internally within our organization. And solved many issues related to data analytics using its features like Data visualization etc.,.
