After installing a cold toner cartridge, the printer received a paper jam error, but I did not find any paper jam. My call to Cool Toner's toll free number on Monday 16th September went straight to voicemail. I emailed them that evening but got no response so I called Brother customer service who helped me clear a possible paper jam but there was none. They told me that a general purpose toner might work, but that's probably the reason for my error message. On Thursday September 19th I tried to email Brother again but received an email response. I left a detailed voice message on Friday 20th September and today is Monday 30th September. I have not yet received a response from Cool Toner. I strongly recommend that no one buys a Cool Toner cartridge. Their 3 year guarantee and 24 hour response time is untrue.
