Review on Yost Vises 905 AS Heavy-Duty Steel by Christian Young
Sturdy but poorly made
The steel jaws of the vise I received were not parallel. I could squeeze one side of a jaw to bring it closer, but it's clear there was no quality control in the making of this vise. I'm an amateur so it suits my needs but I wouldn't touch it for a pro tool. Because it was poorly built I only gave it two stars for value - it's only worth half of what I paid for it. Time will tell if it holds up!

- The main screw that controls the jaws is covered with a bar to protect against damage
Cons
- Questionable purchase for the elderly
