Adhesive is very hard to get off hands after handling.

Sticks very well. We like it for what we used it for. Smells strongly and adhesive is very hard to remove from hands; I applied hand sanitizer and washed my hands several times.

Pros

Using the hair dryer to heat the adhesive before apply this flexible caulk strip for better results

Cons

The caulk may start to crack or separate over time, leading to leaks and water damage
