Review on HP Q5950A Original Cartridge LaserJet by Julio Solano

We bought this new (probably) toner cartridge on April 6th, 2017 to have on hand when the current toner cartridge is empty. However, when we installed it, problems started occurring almost immediately, with printed pages missing text/images on the right side of the paper and poor toner quality across the page. The technician diagnosed the problem as a faulty toner cartridge because when we replaced it with another cartridge the printer worked perfectly with crisp text/images throughout the document. He suggested that I send the defective cartridge back to the seller along with some misprinted pages. As we bought the cartridge over 6 months ago I could not find a "return" link that would allow me to do this. I will continue to explore my options but at this time I have no plans to purchase any more items from this seller (Green Apple INC).
