Wouldn't buy anything but OEM cartridges, they work, do what they need and that's it. Get it fixed and you will have all sorts of problems with your printer. .

This product was advertised on Revain as a genuine HP product and I paid what HP would charge on their website. The product was packaged in an HP box and labeled as an HP product, but was rejected by the printer as an incompatible accessory. I cannot use this product with my HP printer.
