Love how simple and efficient Tricon is for keeping all of my staff updated at once
It's very easy with this platform to get your employees connected through online training courses so you can keep them up-to date about any changes in policies or procedures related directly affecting their job duties (like security).
This also allows us as an organization access into our own employee data from within one place! I would recommend it because we're able solve problems such issues regarding HR knowledge transfer quickly by using these tools rather than having someone go back & forth between two different applications/websites etc..
Pros
- The ease at which all information is accessible.
- Easy navigation, not too much clutter like other platforms have that are hard for people unfamiliar wth IT systems but still need info when they come across something new there isn't alot going over peoples head if its explained correctly;)
- Very user friendly interface compared most others out today
