Good Employee monitoring Tool for HR professionals

The most important thing I like about this system is their customer service support team which is always available to help you out with any queries or doubts regarding your account. It's not so easy to use as it would be in other software products but still they are trying hard to improve upon its interface & features every now and then. Love how simple and efficient Tricon is for keeping all of my staff updated at once

It's very easy with this platform to get your employees connected through online training courses so you can keep them up-to date about any changes in policies or procedures related directly affecting their job duties (like security). This also allows us as an organization access into our own employee data from within one place! I would recommend it because we're able solve problems such issues regarding HR knowledge transfer quickly by using these tools rather than having someone go back &…

  • Easy navigation, not too much clutter like other platforms have that are hard for people unfamiliar wth IT systems but still need info when they come across something new there isn't alot going over peoples head if its explained correctly;)

Great tool that meets most HR/Recruiting requirements

The system has an extensive list of tools available in order to complete all forms needed from onboarding through termination. I find it hard to navigate sometimes when you are looking for something more specific or not sure what to search for. Once you get familiar with how things work there isn't much to dislike about this software other than maybe some minor technical issues here and there. It's very comprehensive so if your hiring manager doesn't know exactly what they want then their needs

  • This product is easy enough that even non tech savvy people could use them, especially given today’s technology landscape which seems too complicated at times.The ability t o view our candidates' information makes searching easier because we didn"t need multiple different platforms just one platform like Cimss provides! Also being mobile accessible was beneficial during interviews; candidate applicants were never left hanging waiting outside while interviewing
