Great tool that meets most HR/Recruiting requirements
The system has an extensive list of tools available in order to complete all forms needed from onboarding through termination. I find it hard to navigate sometimes when you are looking for something more specific or not sure what to search for. Once you get familiar with how things work there isn't much to dislike about this software other than maybe some minor technical issues here and there. It's very comprehensive so if your hiring manager doesn't know exactly what they want then their needs will be met as long as they can define those needs within iCims. We have been able to effectively track employee performance and make changes where necessary without having to spend time looking up data manually.
Pros
- This product is easy enough that even non tech savvy people could use them, especially given today’s technology landscape which seems too complicated at times.The ability t o view our candidates' information makes searching easier because we didn"t need multiple different platforms just one platform like Cimss provides! Also being mobile accessible was beneficial during interviews; candidate applicants were never left hanging waiting outside while interviewing
