Worst mop I've ever owned. The mop handle and nozzle you use to tighten or loosen didn't work. It doesn't matter how hard I made it. The mop was generally very difficult to use. The head shifts and then becomes smaller. The bucket was cheaply made, it leaked and left a mark with every movement. I'm watching the foul water below as I used the bait to ring it. If you have back or neck problems this is not for you. Then you have to lift the bucket to empty it. If you don't have a 10 cm gap between the floor and the furniture, it won't fit under it either. I'm not sure how it got such good reviews. The only positive thing I can say is that the microfiber cleaning cloth is super absorbent and the ring spinner did its job. It's like they changed the design to keep costs down. It did not work. It's a failure, a great idea, but a failure.
