I really like this mop, it took me a little practice before using it but it cleans very very well. My only issue was that the mop head lost about 8 or 9 "twigs" after a single use. Update: As soon as I gave a 3 star rating, the company got back to me and sent me new mopeds. Excellent customer support hence upgraded rating to 5 stars.

This was the worst purchase I have ever made The mop handle was cheap. I washed it with a mop and the handle fell apart and I've only had it for a week and a half. If I had saved all my packaging materials I would have sent them back. It was $70.00 right out the window. You don't even get a replacement handle for it. I absolutely do not recommend this product to anyone. They need to redesign the mop handle and make it more durable.

This mop is so awkward to use it'll hurt your back, but the system does a great job cleaning the mop head. The disk holding the mop head scratches the floor. It doesn't seem to hurt the floor, but it's so uncomfortable. You must hold the bar at a 90° angle if you want it to work. This position puts strain on your back. I lost all the threads in one spot on the mop head when I first used it. If you buy, give it a try and don't miss the one-week 30-day return window like I did.

Bought this mop for tile floors and washing clothes while camping. Excellent as a mop, especially as a tile scraper. Also wanted to use it as a washing machine when camping. It was only a small thing for a wash, but the spin cycle worked great. Not sure why they put a divider in the middle to rinse out the mop head. A few days ago I bought a Mopnado spinning mop which broke after the first use. The handle that fits into the green disk has broken off, rendering the mop completely unusable. The Mopnado support person was unhelpful and disrespectful (plus she didn't know that Revain didn't return an item). So I contacted Revain and they refunded my entire purchase. It seems to me that it could be a simple defect that could be easily fixed. I hope someone (other than a customer service rep) sees this product…

Worst mop I've ever owned. The mop handle and nozzle you use to tighten or loosen didn't work. It doesn't matter how hard I made it. The mop was generally very difficult to use. The head shifts and then becomes smaller. The bucket was cheaply made, it leaked and left a mark with every movement. I'm watching the foul water below as I used the bait to ring it.
