A few days ago I bought a Mopnado spinning mop which broke after the first use. The handle that fits into the green disk has broken off, rendering the mop completely unusable. The Mopnado support person was unhelpful and disrespectful (plus she didn't know that Revain didn't return an item). So I contacted Revain and they refunded my entire purchase. It seems to me that it could be a simple defect that could be easily fixed. I hope someone (other than a customer service rep) sees this product review and works on their customer service. I also think that if the mop breaks after the first try (after watching the video, following the written instructions, and reading the FAQ) then a one star rating is appropriate.
