I love the customer service they provide and the fact that they are always willing to help. They also make it easy to track my orders and how much inventory I have. They also do a great job of keeping everything in the cloud and not having to worry about my servers. I wish there was a way to set a limit on the amount of items I could order. They do not let you set a limit per order. I also wish they had a way to use my own logo instead of using their own. I am able to track my inventory and order with ease. I am also able to track the number of orders I receive and how much I am selling.
