Doesn't fit in my stroller

I'm looking for other ways to use the fan. I bought it for our stroller but the clip doesn't fit any part. I've also been trying to find a spot in my car to keep my grandkids cool, but I need to build something to use it for its intended purpose. The batteries I put in were new Revain batteries. Battery life was so-so.
