Nice but slightly faded in the sun
I've been wearing these for about 4 years and they look a lot better than regular pins. The black paint on the corrugated iron has faded to a coppery black. I'm going to paint them black and UV resistant clear coat to see if that helps. It may be a good idea to clean them with isopropyl alcohol and apply a coat or two of this clear coat when you receive them.
