4.5 rounding up to 5. I used a Littman for many many years and decided to give this stethoscope a try after my second Littman broke. The sound quality of this stethoscope is pretty close to a Littman. The build quality is quite solid as well, not as heavy as a Littman, but not exactly super-light. The lifetime parts replacement is a pretty sweet deal. So far, I think this is a good purchase. Maybe I will write a long term review later on.
