The first was an asshole.
We were able to set the tablet up with a couple of power outages and play with it for about an hour before it just kept shutting down to the loading screen. It was charged most of the game, it said it was fully charged so I turned it off and now it won't turn back on. As soon as we receive our replacement tablet, we will update if it is better.
